A MAGICIANS TALE!


PROLOGE.

The world has gone into chaos and someone must do something about it he thought to his self.....

Chapter 1,

Once there lived too very different woman in one way only were they alike they were both very powerful witches but the big deference was one which was good and the other was evil the good which wanted to help the world which had gone into darkness because of Mera the evil which! The good which Amber had a plain It would help her get rid of the evil which and help the world to go in the right direction! The plan she had was to create a wizard with magic then take him to a friend so he could be raised like a normal human then when He was 15 the lady was to send him to her for further training in magic He would be very powerful and would help ride the world of all its evil! She knew she must act quick for if Mera found out about it she would act and Amber knew that whatever She did was not to be taken lightly so she begin the prose by these words from the dust I create thee you shall have my thought my power my heart and a strong willed mind you will save the earth from destruction and ride the world of Mera and her evil power! With those words she raised her hand and with a swift movement over a large Cristal she had soon created the child and named him Albertex! But meanwhile in a dark forest the evil which Mera had found out about Abertex so she said if she is looking for a rival I will be more than willing to give her one So she said to the fire create in thee a man like me evil as the desert heat with power like the sun make his heart evil like mine! With those words she said he will get rid of Albertex for me and I will teach him all he needs to know about Magic and the world can go back to the way I like it with me in control and his name will be Mertil ! With that she said I have unfinished business to attend to. So she left the dark forest and came into Ambers field saw the house and said I will finish you once and for all she raised her Hand and shouted in a language only she understood the word fire! The house suddenly went into a blue ring of fire and collapsed to the ground there was a spark and a bang and the which knew Amber had died she cackled with fierce laughter and said who will train young Albertex now that you are dead she laughed gleefully knowing that he was already within human care and that the which had probably put a spell of protection on him until he was 15 she knew all she had to do was wait and see what happened she knew that he would get nowhere without a teacher and therefore she had advantage over him but she knew that the spirits could still help him but she knew he must know the right way or they could not be summoned so she did not fear that point of view so laughing gleefully she went back to the dark forest.

Chapter 2.

Meanwhile a little while back Amelia the herbalist was cleaning her shop when suddenly there was a faint knock at the door she went to the door opened it carefully and saw no one there she was about to close the door when she heard the soft cry of a baby she looked down and saw a beautiful baby boy with big brown eyes staring at her she knelt down and picked him up as she did an envelope fell to the floor curiously she picked it up and opened it !it read *Dear Amelia If you have found this child please take care of him he is no ordinary child he is special and once he is old enough send him to me for I must train him in the way of magic if I should be killed before he is fifteen there is on the back of the letter a spell for summoning the dead and a spell for calling my horse unicorn please do as I say the future depends on this boy! Your friend Amber*. Amelia had never been so shocked in her life Amber spoke as if she knew that she would die and that she was already dead frantic she put the child in her Arms and ran down towards Ambers farm when she got there she was shocked the farm house was gone and was covered in ashes Amber predicted her death she thought to herself she looked down at the child and said are you the cause of her death young one I wonder why you where created and why Amber would risk her life to create something that would be her downfall never the less I will honor my friends wishes so she went back to her home with Abertex in her arms never dreaming what he was to accomplish.


Chapter 3.

As the years went by Abertex grew up with nothing extraordinary ever happening to him so that Amelia wondered what was so special about him but she had come to love him as her own and treated him as such there was just one thing she could never forget Amber ! Because he looked so much like her large brown eyes light brown hair up to his shoulders a sharp face and a strong body his face was a perfect copy of Ambers so she could never forget her and it made her wonder the more why was he crated he caused her death and for what price this she asked herself every night before she went to bed. Then one morning Abertex was taking his morning walk when he heard a frantic cry for help! He ran in the direction of the cry and saw a young woman stuck in sinking sand a few meters away from him he ran over and tried to reach her but he could not he went and found a stick but still the stick was too short frantic and not knowing what else to do he said in a frantic voice* grow* he felt something like energy go through his whole body then to his shock he saw that the stick had grown one inch but still not long enough grow he said again this time in a more relaxed voice the stick grew until the woman could reach it then he helped pull her out and helped her to her feet. *How did you do that*? She asked in a shocked voice.* I don't know *said Abertex truthfully,*well whatever it was you have saved my life* she said and I would like to offer you a reward thank you but no thank you said Abertex he said it not paying much attention he was busy studying the woman he had rescued deep blue eyes almost black long raven black hair rosy cheeks red lips and a clean cut face with a beautiful smile to match and looked no more then14 he smiled *it was the least I could do but I would like to know your name*. She smiled and said *my name is Alisha Princess of the Dukes castle*! I am Abertex your humble servant* he said she smiled and said* thank you Abertax now I must go before they send the whole army to look for me* she smiled cockily and ran down the path towards the Dukes castle. He stood by the pound to excited to move he had rescued a princess and most of all he had made or at least he thought he had made a tree limb grow he didn't know what to think so he started toward home while rain started to fall when he got home and began to dry himself by the fire He told Amelia about all that had happened, she listened in silence until he had finished then she said so it has finally happened! There was silence for a moment then he asked what do you mean he asked she sighed and said I was not going to tell you because it never happened so I kept it a secret but now that it has happened I guess I should tell you Abertex looked puzzled Amelia got up went to a box and took out a worn envelope she said this was given to me when you were left at my door it explains everything she gave the letter to him and turned away He opened the letter and began to read his eyes widening as he read through finally he finished and without looking up he said *what about you? You should not be left alone, She smiled and said
*I will be fine besides I promised to carry out Ambers dying wish you should go and fulfill your destiny*! So turning the page around Abertex said the spell to call Ambers horse and as soon as he finished saying the words outside the door stood a white unicorn waiting patiently for him so packing his few belongings he said a tearful goodbye to Amelia got on the unicorn and left into the unknown to fulfill his destiny!


Chapter 4

As Abertex traveled he stared to become lonely so he started talking to himself he was startled to hear a voice in his head that was not his own thoughts saying* you don't have to do that I can speak to you with my thought why not talk to me * he looked around saying who said that show yourself the Unicorn stopped and looked at him intensely with large blue eyes!* No *he said *it is not possible ahorse can’t talk*! The horse stared at him curiously then said *are you sure*? *Positively* he said feeling very foolish.* then why are you talking to one*? The unicorn thought back. I am not sure about that question* he answered back* shall I answer it for you thought the unicorn. Please do answered Abertex its magic answered the unicorn *you’re a magician and you can read my thoughts as I can hear you*! I see he said so could you tell me where we are going?* I am taking you to the caves of the spirits* there you will talk with the whitch spirit Amber and she will teach you more about magic and spells and also explain everything in full*.There was a moment of silence then Abertex said so do you have a name ? My name will be revealed to you but for now just call me unicorn*!* Are you a she? Yes said the unicorn *I am a she*! From then on there was silence until they came to a dark mountain all around the mountains were thick clouds of smoke and from somewhere there was a sound like wailing the whole seen was very spooky!*Behold *said the unicorn *the mountain of the spirits*! She went forward with Abertex on her back and stepped into the mouth of the cave the moment they slept in they were in darkness but suddenly the whole cave turned a sickly green and they walked forward surprised he did not seem to be scared but felt oddly at ease he wondered if this had anything to do with wizardry they came to a strange blue rock it pointed upward like a knife and the unicorn said *call the spirit Amber with the spell that was given to you *Abertex took a deep breath stepped forward looked down at the paper and started the spell first he put his right hand on the rock then he said *from the depths I call thee come forth unto me witch Amber of the planes*! There was an Erie silence then the rock turned white jets of light shot out of it and before him stood a figure of a woman so many ways like himself that he had to blink a few times to make sure he Wasn’t looking at a mirror!*welcome* said a unusually sweet voice* I am glad you have finally made it* she said then looked at unicorn and said *good work my dear the unicorn nodded and stepped back. Amber looked at Abertex and said *I am sure that you have many questions so I will beguine with telling you who you really are*! *That is one question I am dying to know *he answered!*so I will tell you but first you must let me tell you how this came about Abertex nodded I am listening He said so Amber began her story* Long before you were born she said I was a young girl of fourteen when I meet another young witch like me her name was Mera and we became close friends and grew up together although we were good friends we shared very different views about people I thought we were here for a purpose and to help mankind lead good lives and help them when they needed it, Mera on the other hand was very proud and thought much about her heritage she thought that humans were in the way had no use and so slowly she became evil and started turning the world upside down I tried to help her see reason but she would not listen and soon we became no more than enemies as the years went by the world became worse and worse but I was doing my part to help and soon I met Tom a very nice man and soon we were married and had a child we named her Aleasha but when Mera heard about what I had done marry a human and giving birth to a half which she was so angry so she killed Tom and she tried to put a curse on her but I had already put a spell on her to protect her until she was 15 so when her 15th birthday came Mera also came and before I could do anything to stop her she turned my Aleasha into a horse but back then the spell was weak I could not change her back but I could change her appearance so I changed her into a unicorn and she has been like that ever since then a few days after that I decided once and for all to do something about it so I created you in hope that you would be able to destroy Mera and break the spell on my daughter she motioned to the unicorn sighing He looked back amazed so this unicorn was actually the witch’s daughter Aleasha under a spell he looked back at her and she shifted uncomfortably Amber continued at the same time as I created you Mera had also created someone an evil vile person like herself named him Murtil then gave him all her power so that you would be outnumbered she also hoped that by killing me she would have the advantage over you because you had no training but I was smarter I knew I would probably die so I gave Amelia the spells on the note so that you would know what to do and now that you are her we can both help you understand and use magic.

Chapter 5.

Abertex was overwhelmed by everything there was to learn first he studied spells from books which he was fairly good at then he went on to more difficult spell such as hand motions which in the beginning went wrong and after trying so many times that his patents was wearing out he finally managed to get it right to the joy and delight of him and Amber who sat faithfully day by day next to him while he practiced and studied while Alisha watched on in silence sometimes making comments like you will never be able to do it like that put your hand higher etc! As time went by he became better and better until he had mastered nearly everything he had been taught everything he could learn from books and Amber he got ready to leave to go to elves kingdom for further training for Amber had said sometimes magic is not enough and you must learn to fight to protect yourself so saying a quick goodbye he started off toward the elves forest kingdom with Aleasha leading the way while he road on her!

Chapter 5

While traveling Abertex asked Alisha what are the elves like she neighed gently and said there is no word to describe them magical or mysterious would be a good word for them but they are much more then that I would have begun my training there if it hadn't been for Mera she said bitterly I am sorry about that he said “that’s alright at least the elves allow me to come and see them anytime I feel like I have already told the queen about you and she will be waiting to great you and the entrance with the guards” she said softly. They soon came to a large oak tree with large leafy branches open softly she said the tree magically stared to move until it gave way to a passage in the forest they stepped in the forest together and were transported to a fairytale world tree served as housing strange birds and animals scurried about their business and in the mist of this stood an accent oak that served as the queens headquarters and there by the oak stood the queen in long white flowing robes with a white swan feather robe tied with a white diamond brooch black hair up to her heals blue black eyes and on her head a thin silver band besides her were two blurry elves but even they seemed beautiful and graceful behind the queen stood 15 old long silver haired elves in long purple robes and behind them in the distance there were old and young elves looking on to see what would happen finally after a long silence the queen spoke welcome young wizard Abertex and young witch Aleasha we hope your stay here will be pleasant while you practice and train for battle! Abertex said thank you your highness for your hospitality and kindness in offering to train us I am honored to be taught by elves the queen nodded and said we have been waiting for this day when someone would be willing to stand up to Mera now the day has come but do not disappoint us we have hope and we would like to see it come to pass Abertex said I will do my best to not let you down! Good said the queen then we shall all do are part to make your stay pleasant .Now she said Alex hear will show you were you can wash and change a young long haired black haired elf came up to him and said right this way please He took him to a tree which had been made so it would fit one person comfortably Abertex thanked him and drifted off to sleep dreaming of a beautiful girl with large blue eyes and white blond hair down to her knees!

Chapter 6

The next few days were spent with sword practice and archery although he was a quick learner he never had won a sword match with an elf the whole time he was there and every night he would dream of the blond girl he wondered who she was and why he was dreaming of her although her eyes did seem sort of familiar he could never remember where he had seen them before. The months went by like this until he suddenly stopped dreaming about the girl and could sleep without thinking! Soon he was too leave the elf kingdom and go to Amber to have one last test before he could help fight in battle but a few days before his time to leave he suddenly dreamed of the girl again this time he looked at her with searching eyes while she looked at him with pleading ones he finally said who are you? She sighed in relief and said I am Alesha I have been giving you this vision night after night because I want to talk to you in bodily form it makes thinking much easier if I don't always have to answer you with my thoughts she said he stared at her off course that was Aleasha voice those were her eyes and the hair matched the horses main off course why didn't I think of it sooner but the question still ran in my mind why I asked what do want from me she looked up and said nothing I am just lonely and you are the only person who truly understands me and I want you to know that when you break the spell on me that I will be in debt to you for eternity please don't he said embarrassed I would not go that far we don't even know if I can break the spell much less kill Mera and her evil son Murtil! Don't talk like that said Aleasha you must have faith in yourself and my mother who created you you were made to destroy Mera and thanks to my mother and the help you have received you have become stronger and wiser something I think even Murtil lacks he was brought up to hate and kill he has evilness in his heart and relishes the thought of bloodshed and killing others were as you have a good clean kind heart and that is the most important thing don't ever forget that and you will always wine in the end no matter what the consequences may be! He smiled at her words and said how is someone so young gifted with such wise words he said smiling she smiled and said when you have been through what I have endured you will know where my words of wisdom are from.......suddenly Abertex woke with a start the morning rays of sunlight shining through the window he got up still groggy and looked out the window there he saw Aleasha standing by a lake which ran through the forest her head down drinking from the stream he thought of the dream he had and what Aleasha had said to him and he agreed with her every word she suddenly put her head up and looked toward him as if she had heard his thought he nodded toward her then got dressed and went to stand by the stream next to her and said did you dream last night she nodded what about he asked she showed him an image with her mind of him and her talking while she was in human form I had the same dream he said she nodded and reminded him of what she had said about her giving him the dreams off course he said there was silence for a moment then he said we are going to need more than just elves to help us win this war I have heard that the witch has the dragons on her side as well as the orks goblins and trolls I was thinking to get the dwarfs spirits Griffins and Men on our side Alisha nodded as if she understood and agreed perfectly with the plan but he said how are we going to be able to ask them all if the witch planes to attack in a month’s time we thought it over then said if we go by horseback we could get to them all in two weeks time they both agreed to this the only problem Aleasha said is that the dwarfs and elves have never got along that well we will need serious wisdom as we approach the dwarf king and will need to convince the elf queen to make peace with the dwarfs which will not be the essayist task but the world has gone into chaos and someone must do something about it he thought to himself then made up his mind to go and if peace could not be made then the people would be lost forever that is the speech he gave to the elf queen the very next day she saw reason in his speech and agreed to make peace so with that settled we started on are long journey with a letter from the elf queen explaining who Abertex was and that she desired to make a treaty with the men elves Griffins spirits and dwarfs she had already signed the treaty so the next thing to do was go to the kingdom of men were Abertex would speak to the king and ask his cooperation to help fight against Mera
Chapter7

Within a week they arrived at the castle he spoke to the Guard outside and went into the castle which was a magnificent sight with wooden archways and stone walls it looked very well fortified he entered Into the throne room where the king still quite young sat on a golden throne holding a golden scepter and asked Abertex what do you want wizard come speak Abertex began to speak when he was finished he asked for the kings cooperation to help win the battle against Mera so that the people could live in peace once more the king readily agreed and sighed the treaty with his ring with that done he invited Abertex to stay for the night but Abertex said he must be getting along before Meras army is two strong and she attacks!

Chapter 8

The next place to go was the mountains of the dwarfs so they set off up the mountains till they came to a two peaked mountains were the dwarf king lived Abertex and Alesha rode with him on her back and together they came to a large opening in the heart of the mountain there they were met with fierce eyed Dwarfs who asked them there business coming her he told them about himself who he was and why he had come the dwarfs asked him to wait left for only a few seconds then came back and said come the king will see you so walking next to Alesha they walked into a cave polished smooth by the dwarfs then they came to a wall and the dwarf said open in the language of magic the stone moved back and they walked inside a room with black polished stone wall torches for light and in the center a stone throne and on the throne sat the dwarf king with a beard down to his black boots and white gray hair he looked just right sitting on the throne with a large gold crown on his head and a tight black leather vest he looked up at Abertex and said in a gruff voice what is it you want to see me about? Abertex told him his story and then asked for his help but the king was at first reluctant to make a treaty with the elves but after listening to Abertexs reasons he gave in and signed the treaty which was good for Abertex because he was able to make peace without force or magic to make him see reason so with a happy heart Alesha and he went off to the haunted hills to ask for the spirits help in defeating Mera

Chapter 9.

The trip to the haunted hill drew them north and the father they went the darker it became and at night you could hear the howls and screams of dead spirits it was a terrifying sound one that would make a normal person jump right out of his skin so hardly anyone went there this place was full of dead wizards and witches most of them killed by Mera for helping humans so Abertex knew that they would only be too glade to help him the haunted hill got its name because for some reason Mera always killed her victims at the top of the hill so that was where all the wizard spirits went because they are immortal and can only die if they are stabbed or killed by another wizard by magic so as they got closer and closer to the hill Abertex cried out come join me brethren I have something to say which you will be most interested to hear no sooner had he said these words then the ground was covered with green spirits saying speak fellow wizard and welcome fellow which the spell that thou art under is a sad one indeed it is Mera doing no doubt. You are correct said Aleasha that is the reason we have come to you we seek your help I am sure you have all heard of Abertex and the withes new creation Murtil we are planning to fight and destroy her and her evilness but we would ask for your help it would make are task ahead of us so much better and easier! There was a deep voice from the background off course we will help you need only have asked Mera deserves death after all that she has done and we would be more than happy to come and help you because when she dies all are souls may rest in peace and the world will be at peace once more so saying the spirits came forth and with a swift blow signed the treaty with fire which left a hole In the parchment !Thank you they said together we are grateful for your help and with that they left the Haunted hills and journeyed east toward the Griffin caves of the desert.
Chapter 10

The journey east was along hot tiring journey they had to pass through a large white sandy desert toreach the Griffin kings cliffs there was hardly any vegetation and hardly any Animals blistering heat during the day and freezing cold at night soon they were all out off water and so Abertex tried a spell for raising water from the ground it worked and they filled up on it as much as they both could carry and set off soon they could see the cliff were the Griffin king lived! When they got to the foot of the cliff which were like smooth walls and the only way to reach it was to fly Abertex got on Aleshas back held her tight and holding out one hand he said in a strange language that only wizards understood around us to a force field I draw it will make us light as a feather to bring us up! No sooner had he spoken these words then there was a loud pop and they both felt light as a feather and started upward toward the cave when they reached the cave they were meet with a fierce looking griffin Guard with a black main and Brown body Abertex held up his hand and the bubble stopped in midair then he said I come peacefully and have come for an audience with your king on a very urgent matter! the guard said wait a moment why don't you come down if someone sees you they will thick they have gone crazy it’s not every day that you see a horse and a man floating in the air Abertex smiled and floated toward the mouth of the cave dropped the force field and landed in the cave while the guard went to the king a few minutes later he said come the king will see you. So they followed the Griffin down a long tunnel of stone till they came to a stop at the end of the cliff the guard stared at the cave intensely then suddenly the rock of the end of the cave slid to the side and the guard went into it they followed after him and were led into a large stone cave and at the very end sat a large griffin all gold in color Abertex came up to him walking by Aleasha and waited for him to speak finally the griffin said in a deep voice I have heard that you have something urgent to tell me wizard speak now and I will decide if it is worth my time so Abertex told his story to the griffin king not leaving out one detail then He said so will you help us fight against Mera he asked there was silence from the king finally he said there has been much evil in the world because of Meras she should be dealt with so my answer to you is yes we will help you fight and I would be glad to sign the treaty and with those word he took from his claw a massive signet ring and signed the treaty!
Chapter 11

( In Meras castle!)

There was a bustle of activity as Mera prepared for battle She had spent most of her time teaching and training Murtil for battle and soon he was just as powerful as she was a just as evil to He loved the thought of killing others and was impatient for the day when he could put the magic he had to full use and challenge another wizard to a duel Mera was proud of him and herself for creating such a evil thing and such a likeness to herself so that if she was ever killed Murtil could carry on in her place and he would make things worse than they already were she smiled gleefully at the idea and stared into the Crystal ball and studied Murtil carefully as he practiced his magic on a heard of sheep turning them all Into humans then he practiced magic on the humans they captured and turned them all into sheep then he practiced a death spell on the human sheep and killed them all Mera smiled and nodded He is taking after me well she thought happily to herself! The only thing that bothered her was that she could never spy on Abertex like this so she had no idea where he was or what he was up to but she did know from reports that an army was being formed to fight against her and a wizard was leading them so she put that and that together and figured out that Abertex must be leading an Army so she started one off her own using orks goblins dragons and trolls she soon had a large army in hand and now all she needed to do was wait for the right moment to attack while she was waiting she spent her time working with Murtil to prefect his talents as well as hers so it went on like this for some then one day she heard that Abertex has goatherd an army and was marching toward the plane to meet her in the middle of the haunted hills! So she goatherd her army and stared toward the haunted hills to fight a battle that would not be forgotten for a Melina!

Chapter 12

Meanwhile Abertex and Aleasha had made it back safely to the elf kingdom where the army was to gather and from there March to the hunted mountains where the spirits would join then so they began their preparation and soon the men the dwarfs and the griffins had come to join the elves in battle with Abertex leading them ridding on Alesha the day after they had all gathered they began their march toward the haunted hills the journey would take a month by foot and they arrived at the hills foot around Midnight there they were met by the spirits who joined them and after that they waited to see what was to happen!

Chapter13

As they waited Abertex suddenly was hit with a feeling he had had all the time he had been traveling it what dose Aleasha know about fighting has she ever fought a battle before what if something happened what if she dies before I can break the spell will she stay a horse then he thought why am I having all these strange feelings toward her to her why am I so concerned about her these questions and many others filled his mind while they silently waited for Mera suddenly at the breaking of dawn the griffins who were up scouting the land came flying back and said Mera approaches! The Army approaches! Everyone drew their arms in battle position then Abertex saw in the distance dragons flying in the sky and on the backs of too in the front were Mera and Murtil! the battle had begun!

Chapter 14

Abertex held up his staff and with a wild charge flew upward on a griffins back toward the two evil Magician’s Mertil attacked first flinging a fire ball at him Abertex acted quickly and threw a water ball back at him Mertil fumed in rage stood up on his dragon and held up his arms and with a loud bang vanished from sight Abertex did the same because only if you are invisible yourself can you see you invisible attacker there was a sound like lighting in the air and they both suddenly appeared in midair before ether of them fell they both floated toward each other and both threw fire at one another both dodging it was like two talented swords men who had the same level of skill fighting one another finally after one heavy blow they landed on the ground and pulled out each other’s swords they each disarmed each other by magic each gave the same amount of injury it looked like it would never stop then suddenly for one moment Abertex got distracted see Aleasha being attacked by two dragons Murtil took his chance and swung his sword getting him in the ribs just missing his heart Abertex staggered and fell to the ground he could hear Mutil laughing at him and for a moment he was going to put a death spell on him but he thought better of it and while Murtil was distracted and gloating over his victory Abertex drew his sword and with much effort pierced Murtil through the heart! Murtil seemed in shock for a moment then he staggered back blood coming from his mouth then fell back dead!

Chapter 15

Abertex staggered up and looked about him the battle was still going on and Alesha had managed to escape the two dragons but she was injured on one leg he wanted to go over to her and heal her but before he could do anything Mera flew before him with a venomous look in eyes Abertex straighten up ready to confront her she sneered and said to him do you really think you can defeat me you little scum I am twice as powerful as you! Abertex looked her in the eye and said I know how powerful you are he said but you do not know where all my help came from so we shall see who is more powerful she shouted at him angrily I will kill you before you even have a chance to attack me she said sneeringly we shall see said Abertex it was now just the two of them standing face to face on the top of the haunted hills they both toke position and Mera suddenly lifted her hand and smashed them to her side disappearing with a bang and a cloud of smoke and there she stood a large black dragon sneering down at him and took to the sky Abertex watched her for a moment then he also followed her up as a dragon A large black blue one Mera looked at him roared and blew fire at him he just missed then he blew fire at she and she dodged it gracefully then they flew toward each other and collide with a bang! then they both fell to the ground once more in human form and began to circle each other like Animals then suddenly Abertex raised both hands up in the air and shouted a word in a strange language then he pushed down his hands and there was a loud boom in the air and Mera flew back and hit her head against a rock suddenly smoke came from her head and she started changing shape until she once more was the black dragon She roared at him in anger and flew up meanwhile Abertex was making plans he stuck his right hand out pointed to the sky and suddenly a violent wind whooshed by carrying the dragon with it then a violent storm with rain and thunder! Mera tried to stop it but she was not as strong as before and was bleeding in the head she breathed fire at him and he moved as fast as a bullet then he was gone vanished and Mera could not do anything because of the strong wind she roared in anger and frustration and then suddenly she felt the sharp blade of a sword pierce her heart she looked down there was a sword sticking through her slowly the storm stopped and slowly she went back to human for there she stood with a sword sticking through her and blood coming out of her mouth she tried to cast a death spell upon him but it was too late and soon she fell down and died next to Murtil !
Chapter 16.

The battle had ended the ork dragon’s goblins and trolls had fled or been killed many of Abertexs men had also been killed and the bodies of many were gathered and buried! He wondered what had happened to Aleasha so he went to look for her but could not find her then he thought if the spell is broken then I must look for a young girl with large blue eyes and white blond hair he remembered her from his dream so he started calling her name but still did not get an answer he finally saw someone lying by a lake who fit her description he ran over to her and saw that it was indeed the girl from his dreams and he saw that she had a bloody leg that looked like it could be broken he remembered when he saw her limping on three legs and knew this must be her so he touched her leg and started saying words of healing his hand glowed with light and her leg began to heal itself then he heard a gasp and she opened her eyes with a start looked about her looked into the water saw her refection touched her face with her hands smiled then to Abrtexs shock she threw her arms around him and began to cry Abertex just stood there holding her and letting her cry then said I have broken the spell the witch is dead why are you crying she looked at him for a while then said because I have found my true love!

Chapter 17

Now Abertex was puzzled what do you mean? He asked, she smiled joyfully at him and said there is something about this spell that you were not told she said even mother did not know about it if she had she would have made sure you were the right one before you were born and I would not have wanted that so I did not tell her there is one more point to the spell she must die but the person who kills her must be my true love or the spell cannot be broken I was afraid it would not be you because I was not sure if you loved me I know I did from the first time I saw you I said oh please let him be the right one but said Abertex I don't know if I truly do love you like that I mean I enjoy your company I worry about you a lot and I don't want anything bad to happen to like just now when I held you from your wound and when I saw you wounded all I thought about was helping you she smiled and said listen to yourself speak everything you said is what a man would say when he is in love I know those symptoms I have experienced them myself and seen others experience them look deep into your heart Abertex and find the truth in your emotions for me I won’t rush you take as much time as you need and then when you are ready you come to me and share your feelings for me and if I find out that you don't feel the same way I feel about you then you are ether lying or the witch lied ether way that will never change the way I think of you with those words she got up and walked away leaving Abertex unable to move out of excitement and fear!

Chapter 19

Finally He stood up thinking hard well it was true he did feel a special bond between them and he did feel protective for her and thought he could not live with himself if she died so if that all added up to love then he could not disagree and that the witch had put the love spell on her to make it harder because if he was not her true love then he could not break the spell even if he killed the witch but he did break the spell and he did care for her in a special way so he must love her but he wasn't going to be hasty with his decision so he thought long and hard he knew he loved her but he didn't know if it was enough to be in love one month went by this was nothing he could solve with magic he wondered how long she could wait for him to make up his mind one month went by then one day she came to him and told him she couldn't wait anymore and he ether tell how he felt today or she would give up and go back to her home and they would never see each other again because she could not bear to see him with her feeling as she did! That did it he felt the emotion strong he had always felt it but now it was the strongest he reached out and grabbed her hand and pulled her toward him and kissed her passionately on the lips when he let her go he said there are no words to describe to you how I feel about you I just gave it all to you! She looked at him smiling and crying tears of happiness and then she kissed him back!
Chapter 20

And so the wedding date was set it was a magical day the whole wedding was magic there were streamers floating in the air flowers floating like clouds in the sky and everyone was happy the brides ring was magic in itself the whole ring was silver and was a unicorn with diamonds as trimming and every now and then the unicorn winked at her the groom had the same kind of ring and they both happily married and helped the world stay happy and worked to make sure everyone was happy and kept the kingdom running smoothly for as long as they lived!
